Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
As you’re going through our returns/exchange process, please keep in mind that every product that you order from us has been handcrafted by our artisans and takes about one to two weeks to make, or more. There may be slight variations in stone colour, texture, or oxidisation. We believe that these variations add character and charm to our products, making each one a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
REFUND POLICY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).
Nosepins and nose studs are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygenic reasons.
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE MADE AFTER 3 DAYS OF RECIEPT OF ORDER IF NOT ASKED FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
Please follow these steps to register your request:
- Keep your Order ID and contact details (email ID or phone number) handy.
Go to our Returns & Exchanges portal.
3. Select the products that you’d like to return or exchange. In the event of a return, please select the refund type that you wish to receive. We can either issue you a Store Credit, a refund to original mode of payment, or provide bank details in the case of Cash on Delivery orders.
4. Register your request. That’s it!
Our Support team will review your request within 2-3 business days, and you will receive further communication regarding the pickup of your product and refund status.
*We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 3 business days of product receipt.
Our delivery partner will pick up the product from your address. Please keep the products in their original packaging and ready to hand them over to the delivery executive. Once we receive the product, we will perfom a quality check and then issue you a refund or exchange.
We will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price of the jewellery and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:
- Genuine quality issues.
- Packages lost in transit (Non delivery of the parcel needs to be reported within 15 days from the date of the order).
- In case Vishti discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
- Only the product cost will be refunded, the shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in any case.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address/Pin code.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
- If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
REFUND POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
In case you receive a damaged product at the time of delivery, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product (please attach a picture of the damaged product). We will find a mutually convenient way to resolve such issues.
No exchanges or refunds will be allowed for size or fit issues. If you have any concerns about the size or fit of a product, do consult our team prior to placing your order, and we would be happy to help.
No refunds will be allowed in the event of refusal to pay import duties or taxes at the time of delivery (as applicable by your country’s laws)
No exchanges or refunds are allowed in cases of minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
