4. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Domestic Orders (India):

    • Free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000.
    • A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹5,000.
    • Express shipping charges start from ₹299, depending on location.
  • International Orders:

    • Shipping charges vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
    • Free international shipping may be offered on promotional events or for orders above a certain value.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • You can also track your order on our website under “Track Order” section by entering your order ID and email.
  • If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact our support team.
